Fernando Carrillo is from Los Angeles, California. He trained at the Ailey School located in New York. Fernando has performed in Broadway's 1st national tour of "The Lion King," Ailey II, Ballet Hispanico, Chippendales of NY, and aboard the ships of Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. He has worked with Hinton Battle in "Bronx Casket" (a musical workshop) and "Louis- The Movie" (motion picture), and he has performed at  Carnegie Hall with Jessye Norman (choreography by Milton Myers). Fernando currently instructs at the Ailey School, CAP21 Musical Theatre Conservatory and STEPS on Broadway. He also teaches at the Kirov Academy of Ballet for their summer program. He is a proud member if AGMA, SAG, and ACTOR'S EQUITY.
